Osteopathic Treatment — feels like a relaxation massage, treats the cause
This is an osteopathic massage session — one session, two phases. Your body is first released with the massage-style bodywork you enjoy, then treated with gentle osteopathic techniques aimed at the cause of your tension. More than a massage; softer than what most people fear an "adjustment" means.
Prices — you choose only how long
| Session | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 30 min · Focus | Returning clients — brief warm-up, targeted work on your established plan | $60 |
| 50 min · Classic | The full two-phase session — the right first choice | $120 |
| 80 min · Full Reset | Extended whole-body massage phase, unhurried treatment phase | $160 |
Packages: 3 sessions −10% · 5 sessions −15% (50- and 80-minute sessions).
How the session works
The treatment phase is never a menu. Your osteopathic techniques are selected by me from your assessment and intake forms — and agreed with you before the session begins. You choose the feel. The assessment chooses the fix.
Your first visit — the assessment starts at home
Book a 50- or 80-minute session for your first visit; the assessment is included, not billed separately. Your intake forms arrive online with the booking confirmation, and if you like, we meet first for a free 15-minute video call to go through them and your goals. At the session itself, a hands-on assessment confirms the plan before treatment begins — a real osteopathic assessment needs hands, so the video call prepares your visit; it doesn't replace the table.
What I treat — and what I don't
Good reasons to come: desk-work neck and shoulder tension, general stiffness, lower-back tiredness, stress held in the body, poor sleep from muscular restlessness, recovery after ordinary strain.
When I'll refer you instead: children (adults only), and chronic or complex medical pathologies. If your condition needs a physician, physiotherapist or specialist, I'll say so honestly and point you the right way. That's a promise, not a disclaimer.
Gentle means gentle
No cracking. No sudden thrusts. No forcing joints past their comfort. Every technique belongs to the soft, low-force branch of osteopathy — see the full list in plain words.
