How booking works today
Online booking is coming soon. For now it's simple: call or text 613-908-1229, tell me which session you'd like — Osteopathic Treatment, Relaxation Massage or Corrective Massage — and we'll find a time. You'll get a confirmation with the address and everything you need.
Booking an Osteopathic Treatment? Your assessment starts at home: intake forms arrive with your confirmation, and you can add a free 15-minute video call to go through them and your goals before your first visit. The hands-on assessment at the session is included in your first visit — no separate fee.
Adults only. Osteopathic treatments are covered by many insurance plans — please check with your insurer in advance; receipts are issued as Osteopathic Treatment (DOMP). Massage sessions are not covered by insurance. If your condition needs medical care, I'll honestly tell you and refer you.
