Alexander Dergunov, DOMP — Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (Diploma, London College of Osteopathy and Health Sciences) and a hands-on bodywork professional for over 20 years. Before opening this practice I founded and ran two Ottawa-area spas — Hot Rock Spa (Carp) and Löyly Spa (North Gower). Those years taught me how a body lets go. Osteopathy taught me what to do once it does. My story & credentials →

Spa guestYour pain is rarely where your problem is.
A stiff neck can come from a shoulder that stopped moving well; a tired lower back from hips that sit all day. Osteopathy is gentle hands-on work that finds where your body lost its ease of movement — and helps it move freely again, so the tension stops coming back.
That's why my sessions feel like a relaxation massage — warm, calm, unhurried hands-on work — but work like a treatment. The massage phase releases and softens the tissues; the treatment phase then corrects the cause they were protecting. Relaxation isn't the goal here. It's the doorway. Two choices: how long — 30 min $60 · 50 min $120 · 80 min $160 — and how the massage phase feels. You choose the feel. The assessment chooses the fix. Your assessment is included in your first visit and starts at home: intake forms arrive online with your booking, with an optional free 15-minute video call to go through them together. Packages: 3 sessions −10% · 5 sessions −15%.

Not sure what osteopathy is? Most people mix it up with chiropractic. Here's the plain-language difference.
Who I don't treat: children, and chronic or complex medical pathologies — those deserve a physician's care, and I'll honestly refer you. My work is gentle, safe, soft-technique manual practice for everyday bodies: desk tension, stress, stiffness, tiredness, recovery.
