Booking, deposit & refund policy

Booking is simple and the terms are fair — here's exactly how the deposit and any changes work.

The deposit

Every reservation holds your time with a $50 deposit. It isn't an extra charge — it's applied in full to your session total, so you simply settle the balance after your visit.

Rescheduling & cancellations

24 hours' notice or more — reschedule or cancel freely; your deposit moves to the new time or is refunded in full.
Less than 24 hours — the deposit covers the reserved time, but I'll always try to find a fair solution.
No-show — the deposit is retained.

Late arrivals

Running late? Let me know — I'll do my best to give you your full time; when that isn't possible the session ends as scheduled so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

Good to know

Osteopathic-treatment receipts are issued for insurance where your plan covers osteopathy. Questions before you book? Email info@osteopathy-ottawa.info.
